There is a $500 non refundable deposit to hold a specific kitten for purchase. The deposit form must be filled out and submitted at the same time. Please contact us first to get the specific information required for the form (identifying information for the kitten).

Seller (Nearly Nekkid Sphynx) acknowledges receipt of $500 from Buyer identified above; this money has been given as a non-refundable deposit for the kitten identified herein.

This deposit will hold the kitten until it has been weaned, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, microchipped and is ready for pick up.

Submission of this form constitutes agreement that –

the deposit is non-refundable. With Seller agreement, this deposite may be transferred to a kitten from another litter within 12 months.
the remaining balance of the price for the kitten must be paid within five (5) business days from notification of the kitten’s availability
failure to pay the remaining balance within the above specified time period leaves the Seller free to offer the kitten to another owner without any futher obligation to the Buyer placing this deposit
